1 - Booking conditions - Cancellation
To be confirmed, all bookings require a deposit of 30% of the price of the stay, which can be paid by bank transfer or cheque (please contact us for details). In the event of COVID, the reservation may be reimbursed.
In the event of interruption of the stay by the customer, the sum corresponding to the total price of the stay reserved remains due.
In the event of a serious and unforeseen problem forcing Bambina to cancel the stay on its own initiative, Bambina undertakes to inform the customer immediately, to reimburse him/her in full for the sums received for the cancelled night(s) and to do everything in its power to offer similar accommodation.
2 - Length of stay
Under no circumstances will the customer be able to claim any right to remain in the premises beyond the stay booked and granted by the owner.
3 - Check-in times
Arrivals are between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m.
The premises must be vacated by 11 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure.
Breakfast is served, indoors or outdoors depending on the weather, between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.
4 - Use of the premises
The customer must respect the peaceful nature of the premises and use them in accordance with their intended purpose.
They undertake to return the rooms in perfect condition and to leave all objects in the room.
In the event of a problem, guests undertake to declare and assume financial responsibility for any damage for which they may be liable.
Food and drink are not permitted in the rooms. Tables and chairs are available outside.
To ensure a peaceful stay, parties are not permitted, and guests are asked to avoid making noise between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
Parking spaces are provided at the property.
5 - Security
You will be given a key to lock your room and a key to access the property.
These keys must be returned on departure.
.6 - Internet
Aux Petits Bonheurs chez Bambina provides its guests with free Internet access.
The Internet user undertakes to use the Internet in accordance with the law, under penalty of criminal liability: no unauthorized downloading, no use for the purposes of reproduction, representation, making available or communication to the public of works or objects protected by copyright or related rights. Bambina declines all responsibility for any misuse of the Internet by its customers.
7 - Access to services
Bambina declines all responsibility in the event of deprivation or reduction of enjoyment of the services, in particular in the event of unforeseeable breakdown or absence of service of the technical equipment.
Bambina thanks its customers for informing the owners if they notice a problem, so that they can remedy it as best they can.
8 - Restrictions
The establishment is entirely non-smoking. Ashtrays are available outside for smoking guests.
Pets are not allowed on the premises.
9 - Eco-responsible practices
We strive to respect eco-responsible gestures and practices. We are counting on the cooperation of our guests to :
- avoid leaving lights on unnecessarily;
- do not leave water running unnecessarily;
- turn off heating when windows are open for long periods;
- turn off the air conditioning or fan when leaving the room.
10 - Acceptance of and compliance with the terms and conditions of sale and stay are deemed to have been accepted as soon as the deposit has been paid and/or the property has been occupied.
